TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VICTORIAN PRESSED OR FREEZE DRIED FLORAL PRESERVATION
By placing your order with Flowers Forever you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Your order acts as consent to allow Flowers Forever to preserve your flowers according to our expert knowledge. Our best judgment and discretion are based on your choice of preservation method and your instructions. Floral preservation is custom work; as such, we reserve the right to make creative decisions throughout the design process.
Pressed & Freeze-dried: Your order must be paid in full at the time of your design selection in order to be added to the production schedule. If we have received your flowers and you have not yet settled on the design details, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required (per bouquet). All deposits will be deducted from the total cost of preservation. .
As soon as we receive your flowers, a decision must be made as to whether you wish to have them pressed or freeze dried. Decisions regarding the finalized details (e.g., frame style, size, etc.) of your selections must be made no later than three (3) weeks from the date we receive your flowers. After the three-week period, your flowers may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SERVICES:
Color change and slight shrinkage is natural. Some flowers may shed during and after the preservation process and/or may not dry well. If this occurs, we will advise you on replacement options. We cannot dry succulents.
Slight color change may occur during the pressing process. Very thick items/flowers that will not allow us to firmly secure your pressed flowers in between the glass and mat cannot be used. We cannot press succulents.
REFUNDS / DESIGN CHANGES
All sales are final; no returns or refunds are provided for any reason. As your satisfaction is our ultimate goal, we will work closely with you so that your visions are translated into our designs.
Once your order is finalized and scheduled, any requested alterations may incur additional charges for labor, materials, and shipping. Major changes may not be possible. It is your responsibility to verify that the details (style, color, size) of your order are correct.
If you are unhappy with your preserved flowers for any reason you have 30 days (after receipt of your order) to contact Flowers Forever to request any alterations. It is your responsibility to return the design in good condition, and discuss the specific changes you desire with one of our designers. Without exception, we will not make any changes to our finished product after 30 days from the date you receive your designs.
LONG-TERM CONDITION OF YOUR DESIGN
It is best to keep your preserved arrangements out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. With care, your flowers will have a very long shelf life. Some shedding and discoloration with freeze dried flowers is expected over time, and is completely normal.
The long-term condition of your designs depends on factors beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to make guarantees beyond the 30-day period.
It is not possible for us to store your flowers indefinitely. We make every effort to contact you when your designs are ready. If, after repeated attempts, we have been unable to contact you after three months following the completion of your designs, your flowers will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Flowers Forever.
SHIPPINGPressed and freezed dried designs must be picked up from our brick and mortar store located at 2769 Rosewood Dr. Columbia, SC 29205. We cannot mail pressed or freeze dried designs due to the possibility of damage occurring. However, we are able to mail Bellabeads jewelry.
