Due to unforeseen and unpredictable occurrences regarding the pandemic of COVID-19 we’ve had to make changes to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. In compliance with the executive order of the governor of South Carolina our retail store is now open to the public. We would like to announce how we will be able to continue serving you, our clients, with the changes below:
∙ New Orders- Online and Walk-in
Walk in orders - We ask that one person per family deliver the flowers to our store. You can place your orders on the phone, online or one client at a time in our store.
Online orders- We are accepting online orders. We will process your flowers and other materials and work on your orders first come, first serve. We ask to extend the completion time a few more weeks than our regular time.
∙ Completion of Existing Orders
Some of our designers are working from home. However, due to limited resources the completion time will need to be extended. We will mail your orders as soon as they are ready. You will receive an email with your tracking number as always.
We are working on your larger pressed and freeze dried orders in our design studio. In compliance with our state’s order, we were closed for several weeks, now that we are back, we are trying our best to complete your orders. Please be assured that your flowers were safely stored in closed containers in our studio and we are now happily working on your lovely flowers and will let you know when they are ready for you to pick up. Thank you for your patience in these difficult times.
