Being a small locally owned shop, we value our clients, those in the community and our employees. Each day is a new day to set a standard for a thriving, happy and creative environment. With over 20 years of experience and a house full of daughters working their way through adulthood, I have come to understand the importance of treating those around me with the utmost integrity and respect.
Our year is very busy, whether we are hand crafting beautiful Bellabeads, creating custom pendants, finishing up a lovely bride's pressed wedding bouquet design or commemorating someone’s life with preserved freeze dried flowers, we are busy!
We get a little break from our busy schedule in January. For the last ten years, our employee lunch is something we all look forward to! Once a year, we close the shop for the day and my team, their spouses/mates and I take a break from filling orders to enjoy a nice relaxing lunch out on the town.
This was the first year, our newest employee, Jessica. She was able to celebrate with us and I wanted her to share her thoughts.
